Encontre o seu modelo de neg\u00f3cio\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como voc\u00ea vai ganhar dinheiro? Muitas startups hoje entregam novos modelos de neg\u00f3cios como forma de competir com empresas tradicionais (sendo o Netflix um excelente exemplo).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 importante pensar em um modelo de neg\u00f3cio que seja realmente inovador, que resolva problemas antigos ou se antecipe a problemas futuros de uma maneira nova\/criativa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7. Construa o Produto M\u00ednimo Vi\u00e1vel (MVP)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qual \u00e9 a menor pegada de recursos que permite chegar ao mercado e obter feedback dos usu\u00e1rios? Ela \u00e9 o que chamamos de Produto M\u00ednimo Vi\u00e1vel (MVP), que ajuda os gestores e participantes do projeto a iniciar o processo de aprendizagem o mais r\u00e1pido poss\u00edvel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fique tranquilo, muitos neg\u00f3cios da web de sucesso (por exemplo, Twitter, Foursquare, Facebook) tinham produtos iniciais bastante esquisitos \u2014 o design falho e a intera\u00e7\u00e3o do usu\u00e1rio question\u00e1vel. Valide canais de marketing e vendas\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Groupon passou 18 meses em uma cidade, obtendo a pegada de vendas e marketing.
