Utilizando os\u00a0mecanismos de jogos (t\u00e9cnica mais conhecida como Gamifica\u00e7\u00e3o)\u00a0o call center pode se tornar muito mais agrad\u00e1vel e eficiente.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Por que desenvolver uma plataforma gamificada para call center?<\/h2>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s uma profunda imers\u00e3o num ambiente de central de atendimento de uma grande seguradora, a equipe de projeto identificou alguns\u00a0desafios principais:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alta rotatividade;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Baixa produtividade;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Custos elevados de treinamento, entre outros.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Os\u00a0pesquisadores acompanharam a rotina do local a fim de\u00a0compreender o contexto em que estavam inseridos os agentes da opera\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0Os atendentes e os gerentes das \u00e1reas participaram do processo colaborativamente, repassando informa\u00e7\u00f5es e ajudando\u00a0na cria\u00e7\u00e3o das ideias para incentivar novos comportamentos, tais como <strong>proatividade<\/strong> e <strong>coopera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, a Gamifica\u00e7\u00e3o foi escolhida como a solu\u00e7\u00e3o mais adequada para\u00a0promover\u00a0o engajamento dos agentes nos objetivos da empresa.<\/p>\n<h2>Quais aspectos podem auxiliar esse trabalho?<\/h2>\n<p>O objetivo do <strong>CoolCenter<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 introduzir um pouco do aspecto l\u00fadico neste trabalho, que \u00e9 ma\u00e7ante e dif\u00edcil de ser executado, e, dessa forma, melhorar a performance\u00a0dos usu\u00e1rios.\u00a0Mecanismos eletr\u00f4nicos din\u00e2micos de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e treinamento foram criados e o processo de suporte durante o atendimento sofreu uma redefini\u00e7\u00e3o, o que ajudou a reduzir custos. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gamifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\u00a0e <strong>Design Thinking<\/strong> foram as metodologias escolhidas para diminuir a incid\u00eancia de d\u00favidas e manter baixos \u00edndices de tempo m\u00e9dio de atendimento (TMA).
