De acordo com Ysmar Vianna, presidente da MJV Tecnologia &amp; Inova\u00e7\u00e3o, a ado\u00e7\u00e3o da gamifica\u00e7\u00e3o pelas empresas pode ajud\u00e1-las nesse sentido. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201c<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os jogos, al\u00e9m de entretenimento, servem como forma de engajamento. N\u00e3o \u00e9 somente uma atividade competitiva, mas tamb\u00e9m cooperativa<\/span><strong>\u201d<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, diz ele.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h4><strong>Case MJV: Gamificar para estimular<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recentemente, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.mjv.com.br\/ideias\/os-beneficios-da-gamificacao-para-o-varejo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">uma grande marca do varejo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* decidiu mudar os sistemas em todas as \u00e1reas de suas lojas, o que representou um impacto na rotina operacional de nove mil colaboradores. A empresa, ent\u00e3o, optou pela gamifica\u00e7\u00e3o para capacit\u00e1-los e, assim, promoveu um treinamento muito mais l\u00fadico e motivador. Coube \u00e0 MJV conceituar e desenvolver o jogo como um todo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O desafio do projeto era criar uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o gamificada para substituir os treinamentos tradicionais usados hoje pela companhia. A solu\u00e7\u00e3o deveria atender aos diferentes perfis de colaboradores para que todos fossem capacitados nos sistemas referentes a seus respectivos cargos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como resposta \u00e0 esse desafio, a equipe de projeto idealizou a met\u00e1fora do jogo (sua mec\u00e2nica), o conte\u00fado do aprendizado e desenvolveu o sistema. Como <\/span><strong>met\u00e1fora<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> foi usado o conceito espacial em que os usu\u00e1rios s\u00e3o exploradores e precisam desbravar territ\u00f3rios ainda desconhecidos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 <\/span><strong>mec\u00e2nica<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, foi definida uma din\u00e2mica de pontua\u00e7\u00e3o, ranking, trof\u00e9us, avatares, times, al\u00e9m de outras funcionalidades, como o envio de notifica\u00e7\u00f5es internas e a troca de mensagens entre colaboradores. Para o <\/span><strong>conte\u00fado<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, foram realizadas imers\u00f5es nos novos sistemas com a finalidade de entender cada um dos processos, transform\u00e1-los em um passo-a-passo com linguagem simples e criar perguntas inerentes ao tema em quest\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por fim, todo o <\/span><strong>desenvolvimento<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> do projeto foi realizado pela pr\u00f3pria equipe da MJV por meio do <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">waterfall<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, m\u00e9todo que consiste em gerenciar projetos de forma sequencial, em que avan\u00e7o acontece \u00e0 medida em que uma fase est\u00e1 inteiramente completa.
